Participants can use it to book online or they can just turn up and quote Big Welsh Weekend to get it at site. We recommend pre booking so that groups can get their desired session
Participants must be 1.4m and at least 10. Under 18's must be supervised by a participating adult. An adult can supervise EITHER two children (where one or both of them us under 16 years old) OR up to five 16-17 year olds. Supervising adults must sign a disclaimer acknowledging responsibility for the safety supervision of their group. Full details are at www.goape.co.uk

- Watch the action at round 3 of the British XC Series with 400 of Britain's top racers.
- Free races for Under 12s
- Arena entertainment
- Take one of the Demo bikes for a ride
- Explore Margam Park with it's adventure playground, Castle, Go-Ape course, Farm Trail and much more.
- Take a led ride or get yourself over to Afan for some more trail riding

1000 - Demo course open... check demo series pages for brands
1000 - British XC Race 1, All female categories plus Youth/Juvenile boys.
1230 - British XC Race 2, Elite/Expert/Sport/Junior Men
1330 - Final led rides...please email to reserve your place.
1500 - British XC Race 3, Masters/Veterans/Grand+Super Vets/Open
1700 - £1 pasta party begins
1800 - free under 12s races
1830 - Team Relay event
1900 - Live music in main marquee from Amber Avenue
Sunday:
Choose your challenge on the 25km Marathon course. 1 fun, 2 for a Half Marathon and 3 for maximum challenge
Watch and support the riders tackling the Marathon or enjoy the delights of Margam
Take a demo bike for a spin
The South West Massage Team. All weekend a group of Sport Massage Therapists are offering short treatments on those tied legs and lower back, monies raised from donations will go to charity.

It all adds up to a great weekend of racing/riding/camping and chilling.
Your weekend entry includes:
- Camping and Parking for you and a guest from Friday onwards with hot showers, toilets, water, catering available.
- Entry to Margam Park and its attractions.
- Access to watch all the race action and enjoy the event trade stands.
- Led ride programme within Margam Park on the Friday/Saturday (limited availability, email us to book a ride slot once you've entered) or just use the site as a camping base and drive over to Afan/Glyncorrwg/Cwmcarn
- Entry into the Big Welsh Weekend Marathon at your chosen distance 25/50/75k
- £1 pasta party (yes even your guest can grab the pasta and Garlic bread for a £1) with live music.
- Finishers Memento
- Well stocked feed/water stations on Marathon Route.
